Background Maker v0.1
---------------------
Background maker is for 3.02 OE PSPs ONLY. DO NOT use this on any other
firmware, as it will have no effect. What it does is take 12 seperate
.bmp files, read them, check them for size, then write them to one major
01-12.bmp file. It will then flash it to the PSP and you will have your
custom backgrounds. It elimates the need to hex-edit to check for size
and merge them together.

USAGE:
1. Put the EBOOT.PBP in it's own folder in PSP/GAME.
Example: ms0:/PSP/GAME/BG Maker/EBOOT.PBP
2. Place your twelve .bmp files in the root of the memory stick in a
   folder called 'BMP'.
Example: ms0:/BMP/(put files here)
3. The .bmp files must be named like this:
	01.bmp
	02.bmp
	03.bmp
	04.bmp
	05.bmp
	06.bmp
	07.bmp
	08.bmp
	09.bmp
	10.bmp
	11.bmp
	12.bmp
4. Every background MUST be 60 x 34, and less than or equal to 6,176 bytes.
If they're any bigger, the program will give an error, and exit.
5. Now that your files are set up, run the program on your PSP.
6. You will see text scroll on the screen. This should take no more than
1 minute. If it takes longer, restart the PSP and try again. In rare
cases, it won't work the 1st time, but will almost always work the
   second time.

BUGS:
There is just one bug that I know of. If some of the files are too small,
the program will pad them out, but it might be caught in a loop of reading
and rereading the files. At that point, just restart and try again.

TODO:
-Fix known bug, and anymore if they are found.
-Make feature for the PSP to make plain backgrounds by itself
Example: All white, all black, all green, all blue, etc.
-Backing up of old 01-12.bmp file(not very hard, but I forgot to put it in)
-Any suggestions anyone has
